Okay, so I just hit the error page for >a href="http://afrai.diaryland.com">afrai* even though it says she updated 11 hours ago. I fear this means that her diary has been deactivated. For fear of the same fate befalling my precious little log of lies I update too, even though it's only been 21 days. What? I'm paranoid. I don't feel quite so compelled to rush to my computer and write down every event as it occurs with little spins of humour as I once did. Okay go read that over again. I'm sure it makes sense, somehow. Or perhaps I do, but I go do it at livejournal, where my silliness and irreverance are not frowned upon by nasty diary reviewers (I can call them nasty, I was one myself). Tea*, apparently has been suckerfishing** me (or vice versa) as I, too, was about to go over the last three years of my dland life. I was going to do a 'best of'. I was also going to copy and paste them into one gigantic MS Word file (even though MS Word is the Great Evil), use a pretty font and then print and bind the pages of my life. And then I was finally going to lay this diary to rest and make a permanent switch to LJ. If I could bear it, I mean. I am not about to go into a long sentimental paragraph about how dland brings out the more sober, introspective, mature and insightful side of me. I am not. Instead, I'm going to go wash my face and go to bed. *Have resorted to name-dropping because have nothing else to say. **In which I explain the term "suckerfishing". One day Maxface and I had the same idea. The sort of thing where you'd go 'Jinx!' and laugh. So I said we had a symbiotic relationship, sort of like the tiny fish and the shark, you know, where the fish cleans the shark's mouth and the shark doesn't eat it. Of course I couldn't think of the fish's name, so I called it the suckerfish, and so suckerfishing, or suckerfishes. The politically (or marinically, or whatever) correct name might be 'cleanerfishes', but I'm sure you've stopped reading by now, so I'm just going to say something completely off-topic, like Christopher Reeves had a nice ass, god rest his soul. What? I just watched Superman II! Is this thing still on? Hello? Hello?
